A Toledo, Ohio McDonald's was the recent victim of leftover 4th of July fireworks.

We've all heard the term "Crash and Grab."  That's when suspects ram the front of a building with a vehicle only to fun in through the new entrance they just made and rob a place while everyone is stunned by the crash.  This was more like a "flash and grab."  OK, that sounded dirtier than I meant it.  I'll explain.

According to WTOL.com, a suspect rolled up on the McDonald's drive-thru around 3:45 Saturday morning.  He tossed firecrackers through the drive-thru window.  Then the suspect allegedly climbed through the window and grabbed the cash drawer.

No injuries were reported, but I'm sure the overnight shift members at that McDonald's peed their pants a little.

I'm certain every McDonald's has security cameras on all of their drive-thru windows.  However, no video footage has been released at this time.

If you know who this firecracker bandit is you're asked to call Crimestoppers at 419-255-1111.
