According to the National Council on Identity Theft Protection, identity theft cases are at an all-time high because of a wider range of methods. But, the internet isn't the only way residents are victims of identity theft. A simple method of using your wallet could lead you to be the next victim of fraud.
It's easy to forget our wallets after setting them down to pay for something or have it fall out of our pockets or purses.
