Scratch Another One Off The Bucket List

Over the Memorial Day holiday, I had to do some yard work and the Back 40 needed mowing, and having to do it with a regular push mower didn't sound like fun.

But the neighbor offered her riding mower yesterday. I was really excited, until I actually got to ride it. The Back 40 is rather uneven with a giant hole in the middle where the pool used to be. But riding the lawn mower was like driving a mini van. I know it won't but it sure does feel like it's going to tip. And I almost did fall off twice. But no weeds were harmed in the making of this post, and I can scratch another item off the bucket list.
