The frozen dinner in your freezer could seriously sicken you.

Accoring to Mlive.com the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced that Conagra Brands was recalling more than 135,000 pounds of Salisbury steak products.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety Agency reported to Mlive.com that...

"the frozen dinner products are contaminated with extraneous materials such as bone fragments"

The problem was discovered after complaints of oral injury from consumers.

Mlive.com  states that...

Included in the recall are the 27 oz. "Banquet Family Size Salisbury Steaks & Brown Gravy Made with Chicken, Pork and Beef" that was manufactured on March 10 of this year. The affected products have the USDA inspection mark with the number "P-115" printed on the side of the package.

With this recall there is a serious health risk that could even cause death.

  • Lot code of "5006 8069 10 05"
  • Recommended best by date of Sept. 1, 2019

If you have any of these frozen products do not consume them! Toss them out or return them to the store you purchased them from.

Also, Mlive.com is recommending that potentially affected customers are asked to call Conagra Brands at 800-289-6014 for further information.
