Indiana Driver Hits Police Car With Dirty Diaper

This maybe the dumbest case of littering in Indiana history.  Hilarious, but dumb.

The unidentified person was simply disposing of a dirty diaper while not be aware of their surroundings according to WishTV.com,

A driver is going to have to pay a fine for an unusual littering offense.

Indiana State Police said a driver on I-65 in Johnson County was ticketed after throwing a dirty diaper out of a car window.

It's not just that the driver threw a dirty diaper out of their car window in front of a cop.  The fun part is that the diaper hit the squad car.  I love how Sgt Stephen Wheeles broke it down on twitter:

Apparently, throwing poo isn't just for the monkeys at the zoo anymore.

I have to be honest.  I don't remember the last time (if ever) that I've blatantly littered by throwing something out of my car window while driving down the highway.  But then again, I haven't been locked in the car with a dirty diaper.

The suspect was given a ticket for littering.
