Who says they don't make them like they used to? Whether it's pies (it's in the play) or Broadway musicals, Waitress is supposed to change all that.

The comedy Broadway musical, Waitress will be at Miller Auditorium at the end of March. The musical based on the 2007 Keri Russell - Nathan Fillion movie is one part comedy, one part drama, and one part romance. The story is about Jenna, a waitress and pretty darn good pie maker who's looking to get out of her small town and out of her marriage. A baking contest could help her do just that.

When the movie became a musical play, Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles wrote the score. It became a hit on Broadway and in 2016 was nominated for four major Tony awards including Best Musical.

Miller Auditorium is selling tickets right now for Waitress. Ticket prices start at $38, and are available online at millerauditorium.com or at 269-387-2300.
