For those of you who were confused by the news of Kalamazoo's Sky Zone Trampoline Park's sudden closing, the GM of the NEW Airborne Adventure Park, Alexandra Tower was kind enough to reach out and offer some FAQ's about the change to clear any confusion:

Why the change? We wanted the freedom to serve our guest the best that we can. As Airborne Adventure Park, we will be able to respond to your feedback more quickly and bring you new attractions more often.
What is changing? The park will be getting a new look and feel and some of the names will change. Going forward, we hope to bring you at least one new attraction each year. And now, we have more flexibility to create programs and events that our guests want.
Are the prices changing? No. We will continue to review pricing from time to time, but right now, nothing is changing.
What about the birthday party/event that I have planned? None of the event details will change. The T-shirts, Goody Water Bottles and Party Packs will be replaced with Airborne merchandise.
Will my Gift Cards work? Any gift cards purchased at this location will work at any of our Airborne locations.
Will my Membership be honored at Airborne? Yes! Your contract was transferred to Airborne and all benefits remain the same. The Elite + Membership will now be known as the Ultimate Membership.
Will my free passes work? Yes! Any unexpired pass valid at this location will be honored.
Can I wear my competitor socks at Airborne? Yes, you can wear any trampoline socks in good condition.
Can I still refill my Souvenir Mug? Yes! You can still receive Souvenir Mug refills in our Air Cafe.
Will my Sky Zone Waiver allow me to fly at Airborne? No, you will need to complete a new waiver at www.airborneadventure.com. The good news is that waiver will never expire!
