A News Camera Caught 2 Weird Things During A Flood!

Tampa Bay has a flood going on, and of course the local news was out there filming the streets full of water. The camera they sent out there caught 2 weird things. The first one was of a man on a bike crossing the street, and I am guessing because of the flood water he could not see the curb. So he flipped right over the handle bars!

The second one is the same camera guy who catches a man on the sidewalk catching a fish on the sidewalk with this bare hands! Here are both videos!
