Put this on your bucket list, a human dog sled race!

I can truly say, I have never attended a human dog sled race, but that all may change this weekend!

The Grand Haven Winterfest is taking place Thursday January 25th through Sunday January 28th, and boy it is going to be incredible! First thing I want to see is this sled race, here are the details according to Mlive.com...

Intergalactic Human Sled Race

Winterfest provides the dog sleds, you bring the dogs - we mean human masquerading as dogs.

Each team requires six people: musher, rider and four "dogs." Teams race against each other in the Harborfront parking lot on Washington Avenue, but attitude and costumes are what makes this event fun.

Registration begins at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, and races begin at 8 p.m.
