An Ohio couch potato wedges his way into a stranger's home before getting arrested.

Imagine waking up on a Sunday Morning to find a man you don't know just chillin' on your couch watching TV.  That happened last Sunday according to The Morning Journal,

A 19-year-old Elyria man is facing aggravated burglary and resisting arrest charges after he allegedly refused to leave a couch Aug. 18 in a stranger's house.

Elyria police were dispatched at 6:45 a.m. to the 1000 block of Melvyn Lane for an unknown person, an Elyria police report said.

The 19-year-old suspect was identified as Steven M. Bermudez-Martinez.  When the police arrived they found the suspect was armed with two knives.  They were able to remove the knives.  However, moving him off of the couch didn't go smoothly.  After informing the man that he was under arrest for aggravated burglary he put up a struggle.

After the suspect was struck in the ribs by officers they took him into custody.
