Times are very tough for restaurant staff in the U.S. right now.  This good deed will not be forgotten.

On Sunday the Ohio Governor announced the executive order that would close the public dining areas of all bars and restaurants in the state.  That order went into affect the following day.

But before the doors closed on Sunday Night at Coaches Bar and Grill in Columbus, OH a customer brought employees to tears with his tip according to 10tv.com,

"(There were) tears, tears of joy," said owner Benny Leonard. "An unbelievable act of kindness on a pretty weird day."  The tip totaled $2,500. And the customer wrote that it should be split among the staff members, naming them on the note.

Many restaurants in Michigan are still open for take out and delivery.  Please tip those people well.

And please don't forget,

  • Don't Panic
  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Don't touch your face
  • Keep 6-10 feet from others
  • Keep your living and work areas clean
