Security Camera Caught Naked Man Breaking Into West Michigan Home

A Cedar Springs mother woke up to find a naked man on her couch.  The incident was caught on video.

Many people have installed personal home security camera systems since the cost have dropped over the years.  A lot of us are blown away by the wildlife that hangs out in our yards while we sleep.  This West Michigan woman, who just installed her security cameras a couple months ago, caught something a little more shocking on video.  A naked man breaking into her home according to Wood TV 8,

It was just before 2:15 a.m. when Angela Schreuder woke up to the sound of her dogs barking.

She was clearly frightened to find a naked stranger in her home in the middle of the night.  However, she stood her ground, threw shorts at him and told him to stay where he was until the police arrived.  The video footage is crazy.  You can see and hear how all of this went down in the video from Wood TV 8 below.

Luckily Schreuder's three children happen to be at their grandparent's house the night of this incident.  The incident happened last Sunday morning and Schreuder is still shaken over the incident.

Law enforcement asks that the public remain diligent about locking doors and windows.  They also discourage the public from confronting an intruder as that may result in harm to those in the home.

The police have not released any information that would explain why the man entered the home or why he was completely nude.  Schreuder is pressing charges.
