It’s Wedding Season!

My friend and co-worker Kayla got married this weekend and it was a blast!

When I first moved to Michigan (5 hours from home), I didn't know anyone and was a little homesick.  I love Kalamazoo but it's always scary learning a whole new place.  Kayla didn't hesitate to introduce me to her awesome circle of friends and help me feel more at home.

Her parents rented a house in Frankfort for the wedding and invited me to stay there so I wouldn't have get a place by myself.   We went tubing on Platte River on Saturday, applied lots of aloe on Saturday night and got some rest for the wedding on Sunday.

Kayla looked amazing, the weekend was perfect and I am absolutely in love with her family and friends.  Congratulations Kayla and Pete!!
