Help Give a Thanksgiving Meal to a Family in Need This Year in Southwest Michigan

The Hands Up Foundation is a Michigan based organization that was started in 2004 as an annual Thanksgiving meal giveaway. The formal non profit status was established in 2014. Their mission is to help families with children in the local community and surrounding areas and are based in Kalamazoo. Their purpose is to provide help and hope to those in need.

In 2015 The Hands Up Foundation fed 1,741 families a complete Thanksgiving meal including a 12-15 pound turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, corn, muffins, butter, yams, cranberries, pie, whipped cream, butter and other fixings.

The donations can be dropped off anytime TODAY between 1pm-3pm
