Guns-A-Blazing Today: Wild Turkey Hunting Has Started In Michigan

If there is one thing we see a lot around the radio station, it's wild turkey! No, not the bourbon. They run across our parking lot and property almost daily! They are so cool to look at. So I am really torn on the whole hunting thing. On one hand I totally understand feeding your family and letting nothing go to waste. On the other hand there are plenty of people who go out just to kill. There is really no way to tell if someone will be an honest, respectful hunter or not, unless they are caught leaving dead turkey all over the place.

My fiance Kaysie and her family are really into hunting. That is how they eat through the year. They don't buy meat at the grocery store, and I respect that. So please, if you are going hunting today or this weekend, be safe and respectful!
