It's time to bust out your go-to spoon, favorite bowl and get ready to chow down on your favorite cereals because Battle Creek's National Cereal Fest is back June 9th! The festival, which is one of the 5 biggest food fests around,  brings people in from all over the state and neighboring states to celebrate the birthplace of the cereal industry. The Breakfast Table begins at 8am-11am in the Festival Market Square, which is then followed by the parade at 12 pm.

There will also be a family-friendly festival which includes a variety of local, regional and national entertainment, exciting children’s activities, inflatables, vendors, and demos along with plenty more entertainment. The festival is all made possible through various corporate and community funded donations, along with the over 100 volunteers that will be helping to run the event.

The Parade will start at West Michigan Avenue, beginning at United Way Drive and ending at Commerce Pointe. I think just because this is so special, I'll eat a whole box of cereal. Let's turn up!
