It was a routine shift for firefighters at Battle Creek's Firehouse No 6 - that is until they found a naked woman sleeping on one of their firetrucks.

The incident happened at the firehouse on Capital Ave on the city's Southwest side. The Battle Creek Enquirer describes:

the first firefighter to wake about 5:30 a.m. noticed that someone had been in the kitchen and bathroom and moved some gear in the bays near the trucks.

Then firefighters found the woman had climbed a ladder into the back of a truck and was lying on top of the cab. Firefighters were not sure she was alive until she began moving, police detectives said.

She was naked and her clothes were found inside a tool box on the truck.

The woman was taken to the hospital and released.

So how did your day start today? Not quite like that we bet.
