You Can Get Pickle-Filled Oreos In Ohio

A candy shop in Ohio just found a way to make you hate Oreo cookies.

This is the next big craze according to the Dayton Daily News,

Bill Kelly, the owner of Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop, says their newest creation “is kind of a big dill.”

He described the concoction this way in an e-mail message, “We took an Oreo cookie, took it apart, put a very thin slice of pickle in the middle, put the Oreo back to together, then covered it in chocolate. Cause everything is better covered in chocolate!!!!!! The pickle taste is a hint of pickle, it’s not overpowering.”

I'm a firm believer that you can love pickles and you can love Oreo cookies.  However, that doesn't mean you will love them together.

It doesn't stop with pickled Oreo cookies at Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop.  You can also get dill pickle soda, pickle cotton candy and pickle socks.

That leaves me asking one very important question.  Why?
