West Michigan Teed Off This Weekend

With temperatures reaching the 60's (61 to be exact) in West Michigan many people stepped outside and took to the golf courses!

I thought that because it was January in Michigan that no golf course would be open but I was wrong!

According to WWMT.com many golf courses where open this weekend for business including...

• Quail Ridge Golf Club
• Binder Park Golf Course
• Milham Park Golf Club

More then 100 hundred people grabbed their clubs and headed for the links!

In fact Dean Marks, the Director of Golf for the Kalamazoo Municipal Golf Associations said...

 "The customers that played already said the greens are rolling like early spring, nice and smooth."

I guess I better pack up my skies and head to the driving range (unless mother nature has another surprise in store for us).
