Two Kalamazoo Restaurants Team Up for a Tasty Collaboration

In a time where businesses are stretched thin, it wouldn't be surprising that they would be doing everything they can to "beat" the competition. That's why its so heartwarming to see two businesses, instead, collaborating to give Kalamazoo a delicious option for lunch.

Nonla Burger and Shawarma King have teamed up to create a collaboration sandwich that will be available today only. According to their Facebook post, which you can see here, this is the 2nd collaboration between the two restaurants. The sandwich is titled the NB Chicken Shawarma King Sando and is described as

Shawarma King’s grilled chicken breast with arugula, red onion, tomato, and house made garlic sauce and pickles!

Pictured above, this sandwich looks delicious. The people of Kalamazoo are equally as excited judging by the comments on Nonla's Facebook post.

I can't say I'm shocked that people are excited for anything that Nonla Burger puts out. Recently, they were voted the best burger spot in Kalamazoo. Check out the full story below

And would you believe it...I still haven't visited either Nonla Burger or Shawarma King here in Kalamazoo. A new, limited time, sandwich seems like the perfect excuse.

This is hardly the first example of companies coming together to make a new product that benefits both locations. Earlier this year, Sweetwater Donuts created a wine donut with St. Julian Wines Head Games wine. Read about it here:

The NB Chicken Shawarma King Sando will be available at  at both NB locations and Shawarma King off Drake Rd., I'm assuming, while supplies last.
