Summer Job! Cedar Point’s First Ever Job Fair Is Sunday

There are summer jobs and there are summer jobs. Imagine asking riders of the new Valravn rollercoaster, "how was your ride?" Cedar Point is having its first ever job fair this Sunday.

This Sunday, March 6th, Cedar Point will host its first-ever job fair at Castaway Bay, 2001 Cleveland Road in Sandusky, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. But first you have to fill out an application online on Cedar Point's website.

In a media release, Cedar Point says:

Potential candidates can learn more about the park’s various departments, meet with recruiters and get interviewed right on the spot. Cedar Point is looking for energetic and qualified candidates to help provide guests with their best day of the summer! Jobs are available in food & beverage, ride operations, hotels & resorts, admissions, games, merchandise, maintenance, employee transportation and more.

Cedar Point says it offers some cool benefits, including unlimited admission to Cedar Point and Soak City Waterpark and the mile-long Cedar Point Beach, during your employment. Plus, the opportunity to attend exclusive ride nights and more.

In the same press release, Cedar Point says its pay rates are above Ohio minimum wage for most positions. They also mention affordable on-site housing.
