Since the initial release of Pokemon Go, reports have circulated around America about Pokemon hunters encountering real world dangers when hunting for their treasures. A 'safe' Pokemon Go event is planned for Leila Arboretum in Battle Creek.

The event is organized by a parent concerned about the possibility of children roaming busy streets and unfamiliar neighborhoods searching for Pokemon and provides,

a safe environment where younger kids as well as adults can join in on the fun of catching Pokemon.
