Olympian Claressa Shields To Throw Out First Pitch Tonight

Flint's Claressa Shields, the first American boxer to win gold in back to back Olympics, will throw out the first pitch tonight at Comerica Park ahead of the Tigers hosting the Minnesota Twins.

A few weeks ago at the medal ceremony in Rio, Shields reached into her pocket and pulled out her first gold medal, earned in London in 2012. Then she broke into a big smile.
