Michigan Woman Arrested For Eating Food Inside The Store

Social media lead to the arrest of Nancy Couturier for eating food at a store she did not pay for.

Nancy Couturier has a history of offenses, and is considered a habitual offender. A social media tip alerted the police to her shenanigans, she was soon arrested and arraigned on first degree retail fraud.

Mlive.com reported...

"According to Clare County sheriff deputies, Nancy Couturier had been observed a few days prior inside of MacLean Mercantile for a long period of time and began stealing several items, including food which she consumed inside the store without paying."

There is no report on exactly what snack food she was munching on that caused the arrest to occur.
