Summer concerts are ON at Kindleberger Park with lots of Michigan talent on the schedule for the 2021 season. Open air concerts and food trucks mean summer fun.

Like many events, the Kindleberger Arts' summer concert series was cancelled in 2020. The group is excited to be putting on shows on the schedule again this year, and we can't wait. A diverse lineup of musical styles showcases Michigan talent at these open-air Sunday shows at Kindelberger Park in Parchment.

The first show is actually a special Saturday kickoff to the season, featuring Kalamazoo's favorite American Idol, Matt Giraud. Saturday, July 10 is the Kindleberger Summer Festival Arts & Crafts Show with homemade, one-of-a-kind, authentic works created by over 60 artisans and craftspeople throughout Michigan and beyond. The arts and crafts fair is from 9 am-3 pm at Kindleberger Park. Then, crews will get to work and  tear down the booths and set up the stage for Matt Giraud, then hand him the microphone at 6:30 pm.

EDIT: The Matt Giraud concert is Monday July 12, at  6:30 pm

The next seven Sundays feature live music from the homegrown country of Kyle Jennings and the Bronk Brothers to Michigan's best Beatles tribute band. The Gull Lake Jazz Orchestra provides the soundtrack for a night, and you can take in an evening of Celtic music too.
