The Luckiest Man Alive Apparently Lives In Michigan

A Monroe County Michigan man just won his second $4 Million jackpot.

I've never won the lottery.  I can't imagine winning millions of dollars.  But I assume, that when people when $4 million in the Michigan Lottery, they stop buy tickets.  They no longer need the money, right?  Apparently, I'm way off.  In fact, I'm wondering if Mark Clark knows something that the rest of us do not.

Let's go back to Mark Clark's first big lotto win.  It was December of 2017 when he was playing the Millionaire's Club instant game from the Michigan Lottery.  Clark retired and spent a lot of time fishing.  Then, almost exactly 2 years and 6 months later he wins another $4 Million playing the $150,000,000 Payout instant game.  Clark has chosen the one-time lump sum payment of $2.5 Million.  Seriously, is he the luckiest man in Michigan or is there a secret?  Asking for a friend.

Maybe there's something in the water in Monroe County.  In September of last year we told you about a man that won half a million while visiting his mother.
