2023 Michigan Upper Peninsula State Fair Grandstand Lineup
Michigan is slightly different than most other states, and yes we have to be because that's what makes us better than everyone else. Yes, other states have county fairs but Michigan has TONS of them, and we don't have a state fair as many others do. Although we lack the state fair, the yoopers in the U.P. weren't going to stand for that.
Back in 2010, they decided to come together and start the Michigan Upper Peninsula State Fair and it's now held annually in August in Escanaba, Michigan. The fair is now governed by the Upper Peninsula State Fair Authority, which is made up of representatives from the 15 counties in Michigan's U.P.
The Michigan Upper Peninsula State Fair is located at the Multi-Use Complex on the U.P. State Fairgrounds, 1001 North Lincoln Road, Escanaba. The dates for the 2023 Michigan Upper Peninsula State Fair are August 14th-20th, and here is the Grandstand Lineup for the week.
