Great Show Last Night!

Did you enjoy the Huey Lewis and The News show last night?

I did!  I knew it would be a good show.  But wow!  You can tell that band has been together for 36 years.  They didn't miss a beat.  Literally and figuratively. ;)  Huey himself was very entertaining between songs.  Remember their funny music videos back in the day?  They haven't lost that sense of humor at all.  They take their performances seriously.  But thankfully, they never took themselves too seriously.

They played my favorite song "If This Is It" and of course their biggest hit "The Power Of Love."  I do wish they would've played my cousin Brian's favorite Huey song "Bad Is Bad."  I also would have like to hear "Stuck With You."  But as Huey put it last night, "So many hits, so little time."

And by the way.  Not a bad seat in the house at State Theatre.  That's my first concert in that venue.  That place is freaking amazing!!!!
