Eminem wins big, and pays it forward to those with great loss

A High Court Judge in New Zealand ordered the conservative National Party to pay $415,000 plus interest to Eminem's publisher.

According to Billboard.com the National Party of New Zealand used a song called "Eminem Esque" in campaign ads (the song sounded similar to "Lose Yourself").

After the verdict was decided a spokesperson for the rapper stated...

"Eminem intends to donate the proceeds from the settled case to hurricane relief efforts to provide aid to those affected by the recent destructive storms."

Currently, it is not clear how much money Slim Shady will receive from the lawsuit since it was his publishing company that sued, and won. Yet, whatever the amount, I sure it will make a difference for those who lost so much to the storms.
