Drive-By Shooting in Jackson, Michigan
4 people have been injured and 1 in critical condition after a drive-by shooting in Jackson.
According to mlive,
Four victims are being treated at Henry Ford Allegiance Health after all were shot in the head while sitting in a parked car outside of a house on the 500 block of Summit Avenue. One victim, a 20-year-old male, is in critical condition and in surgery, said Jackson Police Lt. Chris Simpson about 11:45 p.m. on Monday, July 11.
The other three victims are a 16-year-old female, a 19-year-old male and a 25-year-old male, police said.
The four victims were in a car on Summit Avenue, when police say a vehicle pulled up and sprayed them with bullets before fleeing the scene. The incident is being investigated as a drive-by shooting and there are no suspects in custody. One witness says they saw a black GMC Envoy but isn't sure if it was the vehicle involved.
