Dana Does Michigan…Day 2

You can walk down to the clear blue/green water of Lake Michigan. But, it's a 2 hour walk back up the dunes. We stayed on top.

The views were well worth the drive on Day 2.  Our next stop?

The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Sleeping Bear Dunes is a short 3 hour 20 minute drive from Kalamazoo.  Next time we go there we will be spending a couple days.  This was just a scenic drive by.  The view were breath taking.  Next time we want to play in the water. :)

Our next stop is........coming tomorrow morning.
