Boil Water Order For Lawton Through Monday

The Village of Lawton has issued a boil water order for the village through at least Monday.

A person at the Dept. of Public Works did not know how the long the order would be in effect, but said probably through the weekend. WWMT is reporting a form of bacteria was found during a water test.

During a boil order, water should be boiled for at least one minute.
