No, I'm not about to get wasted and drink 6 different kinds of whiskey! It's called a tasting and it's classy. Either way, you can come learn about the distillation processes and nuances of Scotch and spirits during this educational tasting seminar by whisky expert and Scotland’s Keepers of the Quaich society inductee, Ed Kohl.
The event is Tuesday March 19th at Tiffany's Wine and Spirits at 1714 W. Main St. in Kalamazoo.

The whiskies that will be featured in the tasting are:
-SPEY Trutiná Speyside Single Malt
-SPEY Speyside Single Malt
-SPEY Tenné Speyside Single Malt
-Macleod’s Highland Single Malt
-The Six Isles Island Vatted Malt
-Benn Dubh Single Malt

Ed Kohl has been in the single malt industry for more than 30 years. Ed conducts over 100 tasting events in the U.S. each year, so this guy is most likely the go to when it comes to telling apart good from bad whiskey. SEATING IS LIMITED. Reservations required. Call 269-381-1414 to reserve your space.
