Which is the Better Christmas Movie – The Results Are In

According to a survey, A Christmas Story and It's a Wonderful Life tied for first place when ranked for best Christmas movie of all time. Each received 9% of overall votes. We asked you to break the tie, and you did not disappoint. Here are the results of the survey we conducted:

• A Christmas Story: 7 votes

Several people who didn't understand how an either/or work, voted for A Charlie Brown Christmas, Home Alone, or National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, thus negating their votes, entirely, swinging the overall percentage in favor of It's a Wonderful Life. One write-in that got a lot of love was Die Hard, a movie that has been hotly debated regarding its standing as an action film that just happens to be set around Christmas, or whether it is, in fact, a Christmas movie.
