Wax Wings Brewery To Celebrate 1 Year Anniversary

It was nearly a year ago since Wax Wings brewery opened their doors and started selling their unique style of beers on Gull Road, right next to Mi Pueblo. Since then they've seen strangers become regulars, focusing on being down to earth and crafting some really good beers. On Saturday, June 29th, they celebrate their "Kick Back and Can Release" Anniversary party, from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. at their location at 3480 Gull Road in Kalamazoo.

They plan on celebrating their 1 year of business by releasing 6 different beers in cans, which will include a mix of flagships, taproom favorites and some completely new beers as well. There will also be live music with Adam O'Donnell, food and outdoor seating. This will be the biggest party they've ever thrown, and the most cans they've released on a single day. They will also be making their final 30 "High Flyer" spots  available that day as well.
