5 Things That Boost A Woman’s Mood
These are spot on.
A new survey, commissioned by Alpro to celebrate its sponsorship of London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2016, asked more than 1,000 women what puts them in a good mood.
Here are the top 5:

Getting enough sleep
50% of women said they feel more attractive if they do. I wouldn't say I feel more attractive, but I do feel ready to take on the world after a good night's sleep. Also, I can put together a sentence without getting side-tracked!

Buying a new outfit, also 50%
And a third of women said buying new shoes works too. I don't know why, but anytime I buy a new outfit, I feel like I just had a therapy session.

Getting their hair done, 48%.
When I get my hair done, I feel like I'm in one of those Herbal Essence commercials, whipping my hair around screaming, "yes, yes, YES!"

Being around friends and family, 45%.
My family came to visit me last weekend, and I was so refreshed and happy. Your friends and family know you the best of anyone. They don't judge you and you can be yourself.

Getting a compliment from their boyfriend or husband, 42%.
This is a given. It puts me in a good mood knowing my significant other notices things about me and wants me to be happy, so he tells me.
