Glenn Miller's famous song about the local girl put Kalamazoo on the music map. Did you know there is a song about a guy in Kalamazoo?

A #1 song deserves a follow-up, but this was no gimmick. The Andrews sisters were stars in their own right in 1942 and would to go on to have an incredible career, tallying 90 million records sold. This one was the answer to Glenn Miller's "I've Got a Gal in Kalamazoo," with a gender twist.

The lyrics are mostly the same, swapping "he" and "him" for "her" and "she." The familiar "Kalamazoo, zoo, zoo, zoo, zoo, zoo's" are there, but the bridge is unique"
