The Glass Skydeck At The Willis Tower Shattered! [Video]

Imagine being 103 stories above the ground, standing in a glass box and then you hear a giant CRACK!

That's what happened to a mom and two kids while they were visiting the skydeck at the Willis Tower in Chicago. Don't worry, nobody is hurt!

The Willis Tower officials said that the protective layer of glass did exactly what it was supposed to do when it cracked.

As someone who has been on the skydeck, I am not interested in a return trip now that I know the glass is supposed to crack if something goes wrong. That is terrifying, even though it didn't break all the way through! Even more terrifying is knowing that the glass also cracked in 2014.
