Hello Kitty Café Truck Rolls Into Novi This Weekend

Parents who have kids who are fans of Sanrio and Hello Kitty will be excited to know that the Hello Kitty Café Truck is going to be coming to Michigan this weekend.

Hello Kitty is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and the traveling food truck is celebrating its 10th anniversary, so it’s currently going on a 2025 US tour and stopping at different locations.

One of those locations is 12 Oaks Mall at 27500 Novi Rd. in Novi, Michigan. The truck is scheduled to be set up near the food court in the parking lot from 10 AM to 7 PM on Saturday, October 25.

The truck is going to be offering Hello Kitty treats and limited edition collectibles, according to a report by Local 4 Detroit:

The truck is traveling around the U.S. to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Hello Kitty and the 10th anniversary of the truck. Some of the merchandise fans can expect include 10th anniversary T-shirts, sweatshirts, and keychains, plush toys, mugs, thermal bottles, giant chef cookies, macaron sets and more.

This truck is similar, and really a traveling version of the Hello Kitty Cafe that opened up in California, as seen on YouTube:

The Hello Kitty Grand Café in Irvine, California offers a variety of Sanrio-themed sweets and drinks. This location also has a hidden pink room where you can enjoy afternoon tea and sip on alcoholic beverages.

 

Personally, if anyone has the hookup on a giant Badtz-Maru cookie, I will pay good money to smash one of those.
