Ernie Hudson is one of those actors you've seen in all sorts of films and shows, from Congo, Airheads and most recently in the shows L.A.'s Finest and Grace and Frankie. But he's most well known for his portrayal of the character Winston from the film Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters 2. The Benton Harbor native expected to reprise his role as the character in the upcoming Ghostbusters: Afterlife and is gearing up for its release with a live streaming event which is totally free.

Lake Michigan College Theatre Week is hosting this free streaming event Thursday April 22nd from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. In order to be a part of the event you can sign up here using the Google document, and even send a question Ernie's way, as their event page describes:

I was lucky enough to meet the man on the 30th anniversary of the Ghostbusters film release at a movie theater across from my childhood home in 2014 at a special screening. One thing I can say about him is he's not only super humble, but totally down to earth. Talking to him was like catching up with an old friend, so I'm sure this experience is going to be a blast. Ernie is expected to re-join former cast members Sigourney Weaver, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray and Annie Potts in the new Ghostbusters film, which is hoping to be released June 11th, 2021.
