As someone who grew up in the city of Allegan, I can tell you that the Allegan County Fair is the social event of the season. For one week in September the entire town is consumed by amusement rides, the parade, fair food, livestock, and the best part-- the concerts!

The Allegan County Fair is recognized far and wide for the caliber of artists we bring in. Back in the day it was not uncommon for the line to get in to the fairground to run all the way from the front gates, along M-89, and clear across town past Corky's Drive-In!
