Anyone Else Ready To Break Out The Grill Again?
It hasn't been all short sleeves and shorts weather yet, but it is warm enough to break out the grill again! That had to be one of my favorite things to do during the summer. I am getting better at it, but I still have trouble making the perfect steak on the grill. I'm not sure if my timing is off or what, but I always over cook it. I like a steak medium and it always comes out well done. I know that even when the steak is off the grill it is still cooking for about 5 minutes. Maybe that is where I am going wrong, or maby I have the grill too hot.
