Wikipedia tells us that Coloma has an estimated 1,433 residents.  That makes this town that was once known as Shingle Diggins, one of the smaller communities of our series.

#5.  Contessa Wine Cellars Tasting Room

MarcucaD of Chicago gave Contessa rave reviews on TripAdvisor,

What a gem! Everything from the spectacular views to the smooth wines and lively conversations makes this place one of a kind. The owner is both very knowledgeable, funny, and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be returning!

#4.  The Friendly Tavern

Linda H of South Haven gave this 4-star review on yelp,

Jessica was excellent as a server.

I had whitefish flourentine, baked potato bacon soup and baked potato.  Very good.  A little pricey on special for $ 17.99 but good

Hubby had all you can eat cod and it was very good also.

All in all good food, good service and it was clean

#3.  Loma Theatre

This is what Chelsi B had to say in her 5-star review on Yelp,

Super well priced and a great atmosphere.  I come here 1-2 a month with my husband for dates.  Definitely would recommend to anyone, although most people I know already prefer Moore theatres over celebration or any other place.  Cheap tickets, cheap treats and comfy seats.  Usually can make it out at around $20 for 2 people.  Amazing value, will continue to be a patron here every month.

Deer Forest was a very popular family attraction that opened in 1949 and closed in 2015.  This was a place you could pet animals, play putt putt golf and ride the miniature train.  People were heartbroken when it closed.  Get more on that story from Mlive.com.

The Coloma Glad-Peach Festival is an annual celebration of the gladiolus flowers and peaches, which are both grown locally. The festival is held the first weekend in August, and provides three days of family friendly fun for all ages. Events include live music on two stages, a classic car or motorcycle show, Two parades and an aerial fireworks display.
