Ever wake up in pain?  I mean, if feels like you were hit by a truck the night before kinda pain?

That's been happening to me lately.  I'm not old enough for my body to fall apart that easy, am I?

Apparently, I can sleep in the wrong position and not be able to throw football with my son for 6 months.

According to Women's Health that is surprisingly common.  In fact, your sleep positions can cause and/or prevent many issues that you may not realize.

Here are a few examples:

If You Have. . .Heartburn
Lie on your left side

If You Have. . .Back Pain
Lie on your side, with your legs supported 

If You Have. . .Sinus Pain
Lie on your side, propped up

If You Have. . .Shoulder Pain
Lie on your side, in a "hug" pose

If You Have. . .PMS
Lie on your back
