According to daytondailynews.com,

Wilbur has been taken into custody without being injured and was reunited safely with his family.

Clearly pigs from Ohio have a sweet tooth.  Just 2 weeks ago a story broke about a runaway pig captured in Middletown, OH using Oreo's.

I don't know if Ohio has a sweets problem or a pig problem.
