The event will take place rain or shine, so be sure to check the weather forecast and dress appropriately.

Check-in

Walker Check-in:
All walkers must check in to receive a registered walker sticker. Please fill out a walk paper – a paper registration form – or sign up online for liability purposes. Check-in begins at 9 a.m.

1. If you have registered online: Online participants, even though you have already signed up, you must still check in at the walk. Make the check-in area your first stop! To expedite the process, please print off your online registration notification.
2. If you have not registered online: Please come to the check-in area to complete a paper registration form. Then, turn in your completed form along with any donations and pick up your registered walker sticker.
3. Donations: Please bring any cash donations or checks to the check-in area. You will need to have a filled out paper registration form with the donations, whether or not you have pre-registered online.

Entertainment:
You won't want to miss the fabulous lineup of entertainment & activities planned prior to the walk! Starting at 9:00 a.m., join us for dancing, Zumba, kid's activities, photo booth, and much more! Watch out for our full schedule coming soon.

Pacesetters:
Congratulations and thank you to our current Pacesetters! Your support, dedication, and leadership in the fight to end breast cancer are truly appreciated. Pacesetters will be presented with their pink shirts prior to the walk. You will be contacted personally before the walk by a member of the planning committee.

Making Strides Merchandise:
Please visit our Merchandise Tent, opening at 8:30 a.m., for some great Making Strides apparel and many other Making Strides items! A detail list of merchandise is coming soon!

Event T-shirts:
A limited number of event T-shirts are available for $20 at the Merchandise Tent.

Calling All Survivors

Survivor Check-in:
All walkers must check in to receive a registered walker sticker. Please fill out a walk paper – a paper registration form – or sign up online for liability purposes. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.

Visit the Survivor Tent:
If you are a breast cancer survivor, please stop by the Survivor Tent! There you can access information about the American Cancer Society's programs and services. Each survivor will receive a special gift (one gift per survivor). We are also planning a group photo this year! Time and location will be posted here soon.

Family-friendly, 5K/1-mile walk around Arcadia Creek Festival Site. The route begins and ends at the Arcadia Creek Festival Grounds. Look for the pink balloon arch!
