The official signing ceremony is at Kalamazoo Valley Community College at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow (Dec. 16th) to formalize the 2+2 Business Administration articulation agreement between Kalamazoo Valley and Western Michigan University.

The agreement is intended to provide Kalamazoo Valley students with a clear pathway to complete their Business Associate of Arts degree and then transfer seamlessly to WMU’s Bachelor of Business Administration program of study. All credits from Kalamazoo Valley’s Business AA degree will transfer and apply to WMU's BBA program.

Dennis Bertch, Vice President for Academic Services at Kalamazoo Valley said, "The agreement is one of several that Kalamazoo Valley has initiated to make it easier for students to earn an associate degree at Kalamazoo Valley and transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a bachelor’s degree."

“This new 2+2 program aligns the schools even more closely and builds on a long history of student success,” said Christopher Tremblay, WMU associate provost for enrollment management.
