If you've ever been a parent of a teenager you know that you're also a chauffeur of a teenager.  Sure, yo don't mind so much because you're keeping a bit of an eye on them as they move through their, now, somewhat secret life.  But you have to admit that it can become a pain in the ass sometimes when they have to get somewhere; especially  when they're close to drivers age.

Well, according to an article on mlive.com, starting with the 2019-2020 school year high schoolers will have unlimited use of the Kalamazoo Metro Transit System.  Now I know what some of you might be thinking.  You're not sure if you want your child riding the bus as opposed to getting a ride from you.  I can understand.  However, this might be one of those teaching moments that prepares the kids to be more self sufficient which is something that some of those same people would like to see more of.  Check out the rest of the story by clicking HERE.
