Who wouldn't want to live like a King or Queen, right? It's easily one of the most desired classes for most people... to live a life of luxury, in their own fantasy castle, complete with its own banquet hall, big enough for ballroom dancing.

So why aren't people diving at this literal castle for sale in the Detroit area for their next home?

We've featured this home a few times, and it's been up for sale for quite some time. It comes with its own pirate bar, drawbridge front door, and massive multiple-car garage.

You can literally live like royalty, and find your way through several secret rooms throughout this home in Rochester. So... why won't anyone buy it?

Is it the price tag? Because it can be a bit intimidating. At a measly $2.2 million, this literal castle in the Rochester part of the Detroit Metro is honestly a steal. It even comes with it's own six acres for doing... whatever royalty would do with six acres. (Hunt foxes or something?)

Is it the size of the home? Because five bedrooms, and 7 baths can be a bit intimidating to think about when it comes to spring cleaning. More than 6,000 sq.feet to this home, too, not counting the beautiful grounds to keep up as well. But if you're buying a home for $2.2 million, chances are you have the money to afford a cleaning crew once in a while. (Or just clean one room every other day, and eventually in a couple years, you'll start the whole process over again.)

Or, does it come down to just how intimidatingly awesome this home is, because I gotta tell you... if money was no object, I'd have signed the check YESTERDAY to live here.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This home would become my entire personality. King by day, and pirate by night at the basement bar.

I mean, just LOOK at this place! Why wouldn't you want to live here?
