It's been over a month now, and more and more of us are getting a bit stir crazy from sitting at home. There's only so much on Netflix, and only so much you can say to each other.

Here's a few online site to break some of the boredom. Some are geared to adults, but some are for kids, too.

Michigan State Parks:

The Michigan DNR is providing some educational material for all the state's kids home for the rest of the school year. That material is focused on the outdoors and on history. What it is is an extensive list of links and materials to give families plenty to do – find it at the DNR's website. "Resources include DNR nature videos, virtual field trips, indoor and outdoor nature exploration activities, lessons and reading materials for various grade levels, free apps, and much more." (State of Michigan DNR)

Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum

Another interesting site is the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. Here's an example: On the first tour, Museum Curator Don Holloway explores the childhood of Gerald Ford, sharing the making of a President from an early age.

Kalamazoo Institute of Arts

The Kalamazoo Institute of Arts has a online presentation  .where art teachers from more than 50 public and private elementary and middle schools chose and submitted artwork by their K-8th grade students."
